Job Description – Marketing Executive - Europe
Due to continued growth and the expansion, we are hiring a Marketing Executive based within Spain and covering Europe.
This is TeamFeePay's European marketing role — owning everything that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline across Spain and Italy. You will support regional federation and commercial partnership success, own content and campaign activity for both markets, and act as the marketing bridge between TeamFeePay's in-country teams and the central marketing function in Belfast.
This is a role for someone who understands the nuances of marketing across different cultures and languages, can build relationships with federation and club contacts, and is comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-growing international business.

Main Responsibilities
Partnerships
- Support and nurture relationships with partnerships; develop and execute partnership activation plans and ensure plans are delivering against agreed activity.
- Manage paid media partnerships and commercial partner relationships for European market
- Attend events and sponsored tournaments as a TeamFeePay representative.
- Own the content calendar (monthly schedules, toolkit distribution, and partner briefing).
- Identify new partnership opportunities across Spain and Italy and support pitching and onboarding
- Attend federation events and trade shows in Spain and Italy as a TeamFeePay representative
Content
- Build and execute campaign activity end to end for Spain and Italy.
- Own organic social media for Spain and Italy.
- Plan and manage events for the European region such as federation conferences, trade shows and customer activations.
- Develop blog content, case studies, video content and content programmes for Spain and Italy that support pipeline and brand awareness
- Manage the quarterly newsletter for European markets
- Brief the Brand Team on organic creative needs for EU markets, providing clear direction on format, copy, and cultural context
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive on content implementation across paid channels
Sales Enablement & Cross-Department Working
- Manage incoming sales enablement requests, briefing, routing, and tracking to completion.
- Work closely with the Spanish and Italian sales and account management teams attending regular meetings, understanding pipeline, and feeding marketing activity back to the business.
- Report on European marketing performance, partnership activity, and campaign results.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a marketing role with hands-on experience across partnerships, content, and campaign management
- Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken. Italian is a strong advantage
- Experience marketing across multiple countries or cultures with European market experience essential
- Strong copywriting and communication skills across multiple formats and audiences.
- Confident managing external relationships (commercial partners, and suppliers).
- Experience briefing creative teams and managing third-party production suppliers.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across a fast-moving market.
- A genuine interest in grassroots football and the communities around it. Football knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and the UK.
