Due to our continued growth, we’re recruiting a part time Internal Recruiter to join our team at TeamFeePay!
As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent to build our team. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Develop and manage the candidate pipeline
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events
- Screen CV’s and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities through our ATS.
Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment
- Experience within a fast-paced office environment
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle
- Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
