As an Account Manager with TeamFeePay, you are responsible for building a strong relationship with our clubs, continually identifying their pain points and needs where TeamFeePay can help. You will generate revenue from existing grassroots football clubs on a needs led approach. You will build relationships with club officials, understanding their needs, and presenting the benefits of our platform.

Main Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clubs, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Upselling: identify and close up selling opportunities aligned to your upsell target across your assigned clubs.
- Contact with clubs: Retain a regular cycle of communication with your assigned clubs.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data on client usage and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Training and Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients where required, providing training and support to ensure they are fully equipped to use the platform.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
- Customer Service: Provide a first-class service to our clubs.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in our processes and communicate these to your team lead.
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management
- Spanish proficiency Level B1 or above
- Italian level A2 or above is desirable
- A passion for grassroot football (preferable and not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Highly motivated and results oriented.
